Chalk, pith, piss, grass. How's that? After sitting around a few days this fattened up and showed more honey and white peach, and something almost like botrytis. Weird. Not my best bottle.

Medium gold; bright, clear. River stones, celery seed, fir tree, white pepper. Equal parts citric and orchard on the (nearly) medium-bodied palate; acids fading, but great length notwithstanding. A hint of bitterness on the finish, with some gunsmoke and pyrazines emerging on the final glass. Would love to taste this upon release. recommended Served non-blind. https://italianwine.blog/

Pale yellow color. Strong acidity. Grassy notes with pear and citrus. Flavors of green apple lemon, tarragon, and strong minerality

Grapefruit, big and round in the mouth, a bit pissy and bitter on the finish but clean, fresh and classic. Tastes like steel tank but the body of an oak aged wine. Pow! Love this stuff.

Pith, grapefruit, paper lily nose reminiscent of glacial streams and alpine meadows. Rich, a touch oily, minerally, and honeyed. Delicious.

Really interesting, mineral-driven stuff. Saline, pithy, whiffs of poblano and grass, but also citrusy fruit. Great freshness, acidity, and mineral aspects.

Well made old world sauvignon. Aromas of grapefruit, a bit of lichy, structured and moneral in the mouth. Nice tropical fruit aftertaste
