Exceptional, the botrytis is still showing but the color is vivid yellow and the flavors are classic and the acid balance wonderful.

Deeper yellow color. Citris and honey nose. Nice weight in mouth, good acid, very lemon and honey. Hint of botrytis. Long finish.

had some of these in the past year or two that were totally over the hill. this one is drinking fine, albeit on the last treads of its tires.... white flowers notes. some acidity left but quite smooth overall. a hint of Fino sherry implies of the nearing end of life.

Very nice showing for an 11+ years old Chard. Color start to show golden age. Nose of apples with minerals. On the palate, some hazelnuts in the mix with lemons and good length. Just a hint of Fino sherry tells me that it's probably time to drink up the final bottles still in the cellar.
