Pale lemon in glass. Bubbles didn�t last 3 hours. Med- nose of ripe pear, lemon. Palate dry to almost off dry, med body, med acidity, a middle to citrus and tree fruit. Med- finish. Acceptable wine. I don�t think it�s worth any aging. Probably not an ideal Sekt.
