A private dinner with friends (at home) : A lovely, mature Auslese, elegant rather than extremely rich, with a playful fruit expression (citrus, peach, papaya), pretty good acidity for a 2006 and welcome complexity from some earthy and waxy notes. Well balanced, good length. Lovely match for a tarte fine.
