A blend of 2020 and 2021 vintages--mostly Grenache with some Syrah, Carignan and Gamay. Pale salmon, great acidity and grip, wild strawberry, herbal notes. Great food wine--delightful with a big salad, pan-seared shishitos, Manchego.
