Tawse Riesling Carly's Block

Likely the best Ontarian Riesling I've ever tasted. Too bad it's all gone, and impossible to find. Off the next discovery

I think the Canadians are going to give the Germans a run for their money eventually. Low alc. 11%, and all the mineral and flavor one would expect from the Pfalz, but a bit more angular. Laser sharp acidity, fantastic fruit, and long long finish. A cerebral Riesling that needs even more time to flesh out, but only time will tell.
