Has aromas of pipe tobacco, cloves, raspberries , basalt, strawberries and cherries. Its medium bodied spherical nicely oaky and broadly shouldered red and blue fruits palate has good layering as well as lovely freshness. Ends longish, aromatic and fresh with oaky touches. 13.5%. Delicious and with excellent QPR at around 12 Euros.

Positively Rubenesque for an Ahr wine. Has a nice design label. It has earthy dusty aromas of some minerals, strawberries, red cherries and raspberries. Its medium bodied spherical red fruits palate has got good density, nice delineation. Ends very long and a little tannic. Needs laying down 6 months. Needs minimum 2 hrs aeration. 13.5%. Good price at 12E 50.
