Three Mills Botanicals Rose, Strawberry & Elderflower

Unusual extremely pleasant. Slight sweetness--more along the lines of oft-dry. Light, with acidity and tannin of a rosé. At the same time, the rose and strawberry notes are very obvious. (I am unfamiliar with Elderflower so cannot say if it is present.) Chilled this would be an good aperitif. It is not, however, a food wine.

Had a very full flavor tried both refrigerated and room temperature, we found it benefitted greatly from the chilling.
