Needed about 2 hours to open... and feel it is was best enjoyed ever so slightly chilled (if not at room temp), to allow for the subtle nuances to emerge.. Elegant, well integrated oak usage... with leesy, nutty, toasty, nuances on the nose, with hints of smoky mineral underneath... a full, rich, soft, round mouthfeel, with relatively balanced structure for it's richness, with no alcohol heat spikes... hints of toasty oak, roasted marshmallow, caramel and poached pear linger on the …
