Paul Mathew Chardonnay Weeks Vineyard

Probably drank this too young. Golden in color. Nice nose with lots of grassy notes, and some tarragon and shows some oak influence. Fantastic, medium+ acidity on the palate that has a creamy mouthfeel. Loads of citrus on the palate, but a finish that leans slightly oily. Paired very well with seared salmon.
