Partida Creus VY

cloudy gold appearance. slight reduction blows off quickly. slightly north of light bodied with cider acidity. ripe apples, a kiss of honey, and wild herbs on the palate. zesty on the finish. enjoyable and in a good drinking window.

Made from an almost extinct grape called Vinyater. I find that PC's wines are best with a bit of age - drinking them young just unlocks the gates of VA/mouse hell. This has settled beautifully in the bottle. Natural cider smell, structurally hearty and delicious. Would stand up to a range of dishes.
