Domaine du Bouchot Pouilly-Fumé Orange

Delicious. Very good orange wine

This wine was absolutely delicious. I tasted it on its own and then with oysters, antipasti, and cheeses. The color was quite pale for an orange wine, but the aroma immediately set it apart from the other wines from the domaine. Aromas of orange peel and orange blossom really jumped out of the glass, followed by more subtle, complex notes of almond and a hint of saltiness.
