Gourmet Traveller Wine Single Site Pinot Noir Tasting (8 Danks street, Sydney) : aromas of clay, earthy with an almost toasted raspberry elements. In the mouth the is juicy fruit, stalks as well but then sours significantly on the back of the palate. Nah.
