Decanted and served straight away. Plummy nose with some mature leather. On the palate this is sadly very stewed and definitely showing on the downswing. Not much fruit and a fairly strong leather boot flavour. Might be a poor bottle or just a little over the hill.

Structure-forward; chalky tannins, a little acidic, and very dry. Underneath is a nice dark fruit flavor, ripe blackberries, and some oak.
