Thats beefy and burley. Barley beef soup. Apparently it wasn't giving this funk yesterday. Some purple flower violet action in there. And tons of grip.

Dark opague red. Open nose of cassis, chokeberry and cherry as well as some red apple. Baking spices, classy oak and some herbaceous lift. Medium bodied and structured palate with a good tannic bite. Bright chokeberry and appley fruit combines with strong earthy aspects. Long finish. A good Cahors.
