Better than the first bottle on this warm day, found it to be a bit more balanced and better mouthfeel.

a little light on the mouthfeel but has some complexity to it with a nice streak of acidity that lifted the wine a bit. enjoyed this on a warm evening.

(SYP) PNP A slightly toasty and honeyed nose, with some cream too. Quite round in the mouth. Has good fruit and gentle acidity.

One of the better aligotés I have ever had. Antoine has manager to squeeze a lot of depth and creaminess out of these old vines, at the same time as managing an excellent balance of all the components and keeping it in a really airy style. This goes down like drinking a cloud.

Merkbart eiket aligoté med ganske svær fedme og konsentrasjon både på duft og smak. 20% på gamle fat. Fremstår burgundsk i stilen, litt på bekostning av den urtete friskheten man gjerne forventer av aligote. Uansett veldig vellaget, veldig Vieilles vignes i stilen men en fylde som er imponerende. Bare 12 % alkohol
