I don’t have a clear recollection of this bottling from our tasting (and it might not have been included, being a 2014?). At 7yrs old, which is the long end of my (domestic) Pinot window, the fruit was subdued and the primary impression was the savoriness; something that I’ve not encountered since my Sta. Rita Hills Pinot kick, some years ago…and I liked it! Acidity was fading and absent from the entry, which is where I like to see some. …
