Random wines tasted during service (Oinoscent) : Experimental vinification. The wine shows nice dark purple color. In the nose, the wine shows black ripe fruit, prunes, raisins. The wine shows density and almost sweet character without being tiresome. In the palate, the wine is smooth, nice oak frame, prunes, raisins, fresh with medium body and medium finish. The wine is elegant with juicy tannins, coffee, nutmeg and cinnamon flavoured finish.
