This Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is drinking well after aging for the past ~5 years. Begins with exceedingly earthy aromas of forest floor, mushroom & notes of dried cherry. Once allowed to decant (1+ hour) the fruit becomes more apparent on the nose & the pallate wirh cherry & pomegranate flavors along with some surprisingly grippy tannins & a cola note on a relatively quick finish. Paired wonderfully with a charcuterie & cheese board! ($16) [7/29/21]

A bit clipped on the back with a hollowed out fruit character.

Sweet dark cherry fruit, easy going, fresh. TAstes a bit of oak and cinnamon. Ok, better with swirling and on the second tastes as well. Just shipped, that's why its tasting different.

87% Willamette, and the rest out somewhere else. 13% Rouge Valley. Good, classic, juicy drinking Oregon Pinot Noir. At $15 or so it works it out.

Flinty with overtones of raspberry. Can't say I love it.

Crunchy fruit, purple flower driven. Pretty balanced on palate, not crazy Oregon, but the price reflects that.

On day two more sweeter fruit, has some fake oak but in a way that makes it kinda creamy and fun.

Winebar [3 Whites & 8 Reds] from 2/16/18 (Vintage Wines Ltd., San Diego, CA) : N: Jammy berries with notes of vanilla, poss spice? P: Med body; RNDISH enty with ALMOST swtish frt met by an astringent pucker which transitions into a LONG, tangy/SWT finish with glimpses of very, VERY fine tannins. DESERVES another 4 mos or so, then drinking through '21, I suspect. Nice QPR @ the tasted $15.95! My VG+/EXC-; 90 pts WE (Gregutt, 2/1/18) @ $20. [As …
