Very solid and drinking well. Exactly what you would expect from a Turley Zin Estate. No more, no less.

Surprised to see bricking at 7 years. Prune and leather qualities with a flat finish.

Fantastic wine. Lots of fruit.

Nose of cherry, cranberry, and earth. Bright red raspberry palate with orange zest, blood orange, and a touch of baking spices. Big oak finish with surprisingly soft tannins and lots of crisp acidity rolling over the long-lingering oak. Will hold a few years but I don’t think it will develop further.

A definite change of pace after some Pinot Noir. Not that 'big', with pure clean fruit, but the low-acidity cherryish jamminess wasn't really what I wanted at the time, and this pure Zin seemed to lack the structure and complexity I love from the Ridge blends. Perhaps it just needs time and/or a steak.

A little more jammy than I would prefer, others really liked however

Smooth, very easy drinking. Lacks depth

One hour decant. Sweet cherries dominant the nose and tongue (and that is never a bad thing). In balance and drinking very well at this time and should continue to do so for the next 4-5 years.

Really soft, Spicy and fruity, i was expecting more from this one but it was really good, just different from other Turley

Raspberry, bell pepper, with notes of spice and tobacco on the finish. Needs time. Hold to late 2021/22. Was expecting better as I usually really like the Estate offerings

It was very soft and fruit forward. Enjoyed it with a meat lasagna. Very pleased.

Six months in the cellar later and I’m still not a fan. This is really minerally, which overpowers the fruit - just not my style and very different from other Turley Zins which I love.

This is a nice zin with good red fruit and nice spice. Much more complete that the 2018 I recently drank.

Very ripe and round fruit. Cherry, pepper, cassis and blackberry. It was a nice drink, but not complex or interesting in the way of some Turley zins. Clearly high alcohol and likely a touch of residual sugar.

Enjoyed with H&M. We’re all getting a little Coronavirus stir crazy at home, and this was just what we needed to accompany grilled beef fillets. Lush and forward in the bouquet and on the palate, this was a tumble of red raspberries, black cherries, grilled apricots and soy sauce. Nice, rounded finish. Very satisfying. Could become more elegant over time. Drink now to 2025. Worth Seeking Out.

A bit young and a little cloying on the finish. Plenty of raspberry and spice covered cherry to keep it interesting. But this should improve a bit with some cellar time.

2 years too early, one note stops at mid-palate, will improve with age

Textbook zin flavors (cherry and pepper), but a lighter style. Refreshing. A good second bottle or easy drinker, but not the powerhouse zin you are looking for to go with a steak or other meaty fare. Good wine, but not good QPR at this price point.

Color is dark, clear and the body had medium weight. Upfront berry and white pepper, middle to end - additional tannin complement came in which left my tongue a little dry. Age worthy,. Good now, enjoyable for a few years

This needs another year of settling. Very minerally, tight and not much depth. I had it open for about an hour before diving in and it still was not the typical robust Turley Zin. Tried again the next day (used vacu-vin) and still didn’t care for the greenness of the wine.

2 hour decant. Nicely balanced. Would agree with others that describe it as “savory.” Nice drink.

Color, Clarity, and body are good. Bold dark berry flavors from the start followed by white pepper at the end. After opening up the wine was very round and soft.

Wine is in perfect shape. From middle to End. - Berry, vanilla, white pepper, maybe a Little chocolate.

Nice wine. This is young - color, clarity and body were ideal. Vanilla, middle to end with white pepper.
