Oh boy,,,, this is delicious. Decanted for two hours. Very floral on the nose. Red fruits galore on the palate. Paired with roast duck breast. Wish I had bought more of this.

I had a bottle this evening and it is still as good, if not better, than it was earlier this year when I commented on it. Difficult to believe that this is “only” Gibraltar but as a result of course the value is outstanding. I wish I had more!

This is sensationally good value. I loved it. Smooth, plenty of fruit and a touch of class. Certainly outstrips a good deal of Burgundy from more auspicious ( and therefore more expensive) villages. My only regret is that I didn’t buy more!

Far outpaces what I would expect from Givry. Elegant and powerful yet still with restraint. Not power from oak but power from soulful Pinot Noir.

Opened for 2 plus hours before tasting. Bursting with energy! Full on, lots of fruit and spicy flavors. Probably best to resist opening another bottle for a year or two. Great potential. Impressive

Wow Great recommendation from the wine person at Central Market Getting burgundy blind irrespective of the price point has typically resulted in disappointment but this is good.

A little tight on opening, definitely took some time to open out. Might experiment with vinturi/decanting next time. But once open, wow! One of the best burgundies I've had, especially in this price point. Should be excellent (or better) for a few years to come. Looking forward to the rest of my bottles, maybe buy some more.

Beautiful and refined wild berries on the nose. Forest floor and mushrooms on the palate mingled with blackberry, black currant. Acid is high, but pleasant. Excellent qpr!

Just shipped overnight so it probably got really banged around. With spice, power and focus, that is really good. Great tension and depth and light on its feet.
