Coravin tasting: Appearance: Clear, medium lemon color, legs. Nose: Clean, medium intensity aromas of peach, lemon, grapefruit, pear, vanilla, toast. Developing. Palate: Dry, medium acidity & alcohol, medium(+) body, medium intensity flovors of peach, grapefruit, pear, vanilla. Elegant and creamy texture. Conclusion: Very good wine. Can drink now but has potential for ageing.
