Big apple bomb, but gets more interesting with a couple hours, less modern feeling on the warmer side.

At PnP, received a very noticeable Fuji apple note that was not evident last time. Remainder of experience was similar as before.

Another compelling offering from G^2. Translucent goldenrod hue. At PnP, meyer lemon and starfruit explode with hints of green hay from the glass, didn't even have to stick my nose down in there to get to it. White grapefruit body with crisp acidity. Smooth finish, nice dancing acidity lingers, notes of blood orange and lemongrass, faint fenugreek. A killer companion to Chinese food plates. B+/91 = 50/4/12/8/8/8
