Dec 2016: Had with seared scallops, toast, salad with chicories and lemon anchovy dressing. So so good. Lean and taught, interesting, a touch of sweetness but no fullness of body. Cuts through. Summer 2016: Had at Liholiho Yacht Club and thoroughly enjoyed with all fish dishes.

Very good example of a fuller-bodied Riesling. Apples and pears on the nose and palate and long aftertaste. Ripe but balanced. Paired very well with our favourite local Nepalese takeaway.

Enjoyed as aperitif, this was the best showing of the wine up to date, these couple of years in the bottle gave some depth and roundness and everyone on the table was easily enjoying it.

Brought to go with oysters, but it was a bit too assertive for that. Bracing acidity, laser focused. Deeper golden color but light on the palate. This wine is wound tight and has good years ahead of it. Very good QPR. Would buy again, but need to think about better pairings given its structure - maybe more in the oily fish zone.

Bracingly crisp. outstanding with oysters. Some pine but more citrus. Palate cleansing. Aperitif style. I am very sad to be down to one more bottle from a case. I hope other vintages are as good!

My wife, the Sauvignon Blanc only girl, is passing that up in the cellar and getting this. A Reisling convert! Will rate later, but that should tell you what you need to know!

To me this is much better than 2012. Floral nose with a bit of kerosene, Apples and lemon. Fine, crispy acidity with green Apples, lemon and lots Of minerality. Long, clean aftertaste. Excellent value for money.

Assez dense, minéral, tendu, belle matière, un peu de fruit exotique, sec et rafraîchissant.

Very good "chablis"-like, dry, mineral riesling.

Wow, I see what the 2013 hype for Austria is all about. And, this is a great wine. Incredibly fresh nose of white flowers and stone. This punches at the village level but does so incredibly well. Ripping acidity balanced by wonderful yellow fruit (mangos?) and just a bit of pine. Really good.

Enjoyed it more from the last try, elegant, well defined aromas and good acidity, not the most complex but quite satisfying.

Aroma: honeysuckle, wet stone, a hint of petrol. Palate: crisp apple with suggestions of tropical fruits like mango and pineapple and a touch of spice. Off dry. Some minerality in the background. Good length and structure.

Fantastic bottle of wine. Ripe year shows the lovely restraint of Austrian wine. Love this with cream cheese crab rangoon

Christmas party 2014 : Drank together with the Jim Barry's Lodge Hill Riesling, this is more elegant and delicate, but a step down in complexity. A good entry level from the winery.

A full and smooth body with a dusty nose. A bit strange body...
