Domaine Fumey-Chatelain Crémant du Jura

Fresh, lemon and apple, bubbles are not the finest, all in all good, not great!

Now I thought this was just outstanding. Complex with tons of depth.

Quite fine indeed. Rich and creamy and expressive.

No detailed notes- had over two days with smoked black cod and truffle cheese. Nice mouse, mouthfeel and Jura typicity with the slightly waxy texture and oxidized nutty undertones to go with the fruit, bread and minerals. A very tasty bottle of bubbles with enough impact to hold with bold fare.

Nutty, citussy, salty and fluffy. Nice flavours with a clean savoury finish.
