Well balanced with layers of sweet black fruit, hints of savoury tannins and sweet acidity to finish Long and medium-bodied, mature and ripe.

Moncur Syrah/Shiraz (Bistro Moncur, Sydney) : More red then black fruit spectrum, quite perfumed though. In the mouth wine is dry and tannic and the fruit savoury. Hmm
