Green pepper, gooseberry Racy acidity, crisp and refreshing on the palatte

On nose:vibrant jalapeno pepper and green peach. On palate: above flavour notes singing with more restraint from the pepper heat, in addition to sea salt warm slate stone, a ghost of steel....as it warms up, Meyer lemon and blanched almonds are evident, with a finish , on a sleek medium body of green apple and flint. Very similar in profile to both NZ, sauv blancs, Craggy Range and Cloudy Bay, at a similar price point Great shellfish wine.

In der Nase viel Stachelbeere, etwas frische Kräuter, etwas Maritim-steinig. Angedeutet tropisches Obst, sehr angenehm dezent. Mit Luft kommen grüne zitrische Noten hinzu. Am Gaumen noch mit etwas Kohlensäure. Ansonsten gewohnt viel Extrakt, knochentrocken. Sehr gute Säurestruktur, extrem hohe Fließgeschwindigkeit. Guter Abgang, sehr anständige Länge. Habe die Flasche in kürzester Zeit inhaliert, zu gegrilltem Fisch mit etwas Olivenöl stelle ich mir den Wein wunderbar vor.

Light yellow. Floral, minerals, rich, nice acidity, herbs. A terrific South African wine!
