100% Ottonese (Bombino Bianco). This wine is a different version of their ordinary Belletto. The vintage 2016 stopped fermenting with a sugar level around 30 g/l. They solved this problem after the next vintage by adding the pressed skins from their Moscato and fermented it dry. Hazy, lemon color. Really wild and unpolished nose with serious amounts of VA but also grilled lemons, grape fruit, apple core, hay and fresh herbs. Much like a funky geuze. Really high and tart …
