Bergstrasser Winzer Terra Starkenburg Riesling feinherb

Green apple, lemon balm, honey suckle, and limestone accents. Off-dry, acidity is slightly low, making this feel a touch flabby. Still solid QPR, and stands up to spicy food well, but could use a touch more acid.

Peach, green apple up front, pomelo and lemons in the back. Paired deliciously with a slightly spicy Vermont curry. Maybe not as much fizz as I sometimes enjoy in some Rieslings, but pleasant and easy and friendly.
