Domaine Agnes et Didier Dauvissat Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy

C: med light gold surprisingly N: full, fresh, reduced at first then opens up, v ripe as always with Beauroy, good varietal and classic Chablis nose. T: light bodied, rounded, good fruit although a touch astringent, typical Beauroy, med finish, dry, some good fruit. Restarted next evening, nose better but palate still marked by astringency. Score stays same.
