Brioche. Fresh baked bread. Bright fresh acidity. Starfruit. A grapefruit finish. Delicious. Aging beautifully. Will drink well for 10 more years, but probably at its peak now.

Belle prise de mousse bien qu’éphémère. Bulles fines et persistantes. Couleur paille assez soutenue. Gras en parois. Superbe nez de brioche, de fruits blancs et jaunes confits, citronné, touché végétale, minéral, etc… très beau. Bouche bien droite par la belle acidité, belle effervescence en bouche, long, salivant, minéral, amertume modérée. Excellent!!

On the palate, it is rich, fresh bread. Balanced by firm acidity and mouthfeel. The mousse is fine and perstent with a finish of roast caramel and white peaches.

Medium gold colour. Very fine mousse. Fairly mild apple and yeast aromas. Lots of acidity at first sip but quickly gives way to a very rich and nutty taste. Lingering pleasant aftertaste. Great choice to appreciate on its own and paired well with spicy snack mix. Also worked very well with sushi.
