[Simple Midweek Dinner, SMD] Tasted with a slice of Mont D'or blind. Lovely open pinot with green herbacious moss hint of gravel and nuts, and a lovely palette of lively fruit, some vanilla and streak of rum all beautifully blended together and with a fine finish. Took the table by surprise to find its a New World. Aged very well.
