Ruby to brick in color. Dark fruit (blackberry & plum), some grape jam, a touch of green chili. Tart and tannic. Dark fruit, prune juice, and green peppers on the palate, with a bit of leather into the finish. Not a favorite with most of the 12 member tasting panel.

a tad harsh on the edges otherwise it would rate higher - compared to Peter Lehmann Clancy's it is the looser - lacks balance??? It is the harsh edge that makes this a wine I will avoid again.
