Singlethread version. Nothing showed up when opened. Golden to slightly rose color, mainly citrus. However, after 30 minutes of air, it goes lively again. Mandarin, sour apple, floral, like jasmine tea. Intensity starts to build up but still low, about medium-bodied. Finish is not long.

No question, this varietal is their calling card. I hadn’t noticed the fruit-forward “juiciness” in previous bottles. A juiciness that didn’t come from the elevated, almost assertive fruit alone but that, coupled with the bright (but not bracing) acidity. Literally mouth watering. Truly, a singular experience. If a better example exists, please let me know because I’ll be first in line.
