PNP, followed for 2 hrs. Like many in the '14 OPN tasting we did 3 weeks ago, this was probably better 2 years ago. Medium depth of mixed cherries, earth, and spice. Decent length and fully resolved. Check in soon.

Another good bottle of this very nice Oregon pinot. Traditional Oregon pinot flavors and textures - cranberry, earth and spice with a lean texture. Very nice.

I really like this wine. Have had multiple vintages - all very good. Classic Oregon PN with cranberry, earth, a bit of spice, a lean, slightly firm texture and good balance.

One of the best PN I've ever experienced. I need to get more of this.

A bit tight and tart for the first 30-45 minutes, then lots of earth and cranberry along with a lean texture and firm grip.

Terrific entry level wine - dark fruits with good depth, earth, lean but not light, good balance, nice finish. I drink a lot of Oregon pinot noir and I've found Sokol Blosser to have one of the best entry level wines every year - and this is another good example. Nothing not to like about this beauty. 91

Showing some maturity, this has an elegant and highly aromatic nose of tea leaf, dark cherry/berry, and beetroot. The medium+ body has a nice, plush mouthfeel with very nice aroma replays, plus forest floor and earthy notes adding complexity. Wood is nicely integrated. It was very good acidity and excellent finish length. Drinking really well right now.

This is drinking well. Fresh pinecone, clean dark fruit nose and truffle. Medium bodied. Ripe cherry and spice with milk chocolate on the finish. Good balance. Average length finish.
