Spicy brown dirt nose, forest floor pine needles, celery, red fruit, cherry pie filling, long finish.

SLDS May Catchup Event : Blind. Stalk, some blood, smoky and quite peppery notes on the nose. The palate is well restrained, while the fruit has some density, there is a stalky herbal note that works well. Has some character to it and I quite like the style. Pretty good stuff!
