Full marks for complexity. A chameleon of a wine. One sip it's savoury shriaz with green notes, next it's medicinal (throat lozengers). Quite an oddity. Negligible fizz. Noticeable dosage.

This bottle low on fizz. Good but not memorable

Crowd pleaser. Great character even if the dosage is a bit prominent. Great potential. {13%, cork}

Fine sparkling shiraz but the dosage is still too prominent on nose and palate. Needs to dry out a bit, and develop aged shiraz complexity. Will the dosage ever fade, I don't know. 13% ABV, sealed with cork.

(Tasting at Ashton Hills) Light cherries with a little leather and earthy sweetness. Well balanced.
