Capezzana winery visit : Tasted at the estate. A blend of 80% Sangiovese, 10% Cab Sauvignon, 10% Canaiolo Nero. Aged 2 years in tonneaux and 1-1.5 years in bottle. Only produced in good vintages, but that is on average 8 out 10 years. Concentrated fruit of red cherry and blueberry confiture. Dried tomatoes, pipe tobacco and white pepper.
