Made with a partial ferment and then neutral brandy is added. Medium plus nose shows candied peach, white apricot, tangerine, white flowers, ginger spice. Palate matches with the candied fruit flavors, adds white grape juice, a sense of crisp acidity, and then a medium heat from alcohol (15%).
