Flavorful and Fruit forward. Good pairing with steelhead trout and pepper palace bourbon glaze. Low tannins.

Better than I was expecting. Guests liked it too with grilled chorizos and pork. Has a nice red fruit and acid backbone. Will take more specific notes of remaining bottles. Pop and pour, seems ready. No vintage stated.

As expected. Nice, easy, good fresh fruit. Upon opening, the finish has hints of reduction but that seemed to go away with a bit of time and air. Would buy again

Simple, syrupy and a little sweet at first. Not bad after several sips.

Not a fan, though the profile was in line w other Washington state cabs. Tasted like a bad imitation of the CS Substance Cab, which is a solid Washington cab for the price.

This wine has a medium to dark garnet color, and a somewhat unusual nose that smells like bubble gum or cotton candy. It is very fruit forward, with mostly blackberry flavors, and hints of cherry and a little blackcurrant, backed with some noticeable tannins. Finishes smooth and short. The overall impression is of a soft, fruity wine that one would be hard-pressed to identify as a Cabernet Sauvignon in a blind tasting. Not unpleasant, but nothing special.
