Floral nose of honeysuckle and pear. Somewhat of a flat sweetness on the palate, but certainly quaffable.

Sweeter than other gewuz in family tasting. Perfect for this variety not as spicy.

It has been so long since I had a Gewürztraminer and this was a really nice change of pace. Drank as part of a WSG science of tasting course. Slightly off dry, fresh aromas and flavors. Very floral especially rose, passion fruit and lychee on the palate. We learned that rose and lychee are the exact same aroma compound. Interesting and tasty.
