Yellow-green; aromatic, lemon peel, some white fruit and peach, a bit herbal with some shiso leaf; palate is medium-bodied, medium-plus alcohol, well balanced 13% alcohol, lemon rind, some phenolics; medium-plus finish. Lovely white, definitely get the dry Riesling resemblance with a touch more herbal and phenolics, would buy again. 90 Tasted over a few hours: Seems like a cross between Riesling and a Soave.

intriguing nose of smoky mineral, wild sage, mint and lemon rind. It is cool and precise, with delicate florals and elegant fruit flavours. There's a grind of white pepper and good texture. The finish is long and detailed.

Savoury, slightly herbaceous and meaty, green apple, unripe stone fruit. Medium plus intensity acidity, tangy, similar fruit profile, clean, okay.
