My experience was nothing like the previous notes. I detected mature grapes with new oak. Rich in color. Hazelnut, lemon curd and oak on the nose. I kinda liked it although pushing into Chardland. M didn’t like it at all. At Copper Crown. Paired w arugula salad, fried green tomatoes and an olive n cauliflower dish. Later with pumpkin seed crusted trout over sea-island red peas.

Il colore tendente al verdolino già tradisce una maturità non perfetta. Al naso è ritroso, offre sbuffi larghi ma cortissimi. In bocca conferma la mancata completezza: verticale e in qualche modo acerbo, sebbene di agilissima bevibilità. Giovane, certamente, ma qualche dubbio rimane intorno ad un'eventuale evoluzione futura...

Tasty. Flavors of lemon, white peach, clove, white pepper and a gunpowder flinty quality. Really fresh and up-lifting. Nice length on the palate. Weighty and intense, but not heavy. Really nice wine.
