Decanted and poured. Red with red rim, 5. Fruity - oaky nose. Same on the palate, some fresh acidity. Drink now. Fine wine although I think the Dolcettos positive characteristics of cherry fruit has been subdued by the cask maturation.

Very accessible with plenty of fruit up front and tannins smooth as silk - a well made wine with lots to enjoy - especially as only 15% of the price of the barbaresco in this particular restaurant!
