Wild blackberry over plums & blackcurrant, a little coffee and wood glue, cedar and the beginnings of sous bois. In the mouth it's quite spicy and more plummy with a little alcohol heat on the back palate and plentiful tannic grip. youngish and yumish...

MASTER BORGOGNA 2016; 5/10/2016-7/10/2016 (LA MADERNASSA RESORT GUARENE) : Molto vinoso, primario, tutto ancora sul frutto. Rispetto al Volnay di Cossard di stessa annata, è molto più centrato ed equilibrato. I raspi hanno il giusto spazio, mentre la pulizia finale e il tannino sono di fattura migliore. Discreto esempio di Pommard entry level che ha bisogno di ancora 3-4 anni di bottiglia.
