80% Terret Blanc and Gris, 10% Viognier, 10% Roussane. Vind de France but made in Pays de l’Hersault in Languedoc. Very unusual wine. Dark golden colour, almost orange. Some oxidisation on the nose with crushed apple and honey. Astringent palate of bitterness and unripeness. At the same time it’s round and bold and expressive and quite saline. Very appealing, complex and long. Delicious. Drink up.
