Domaine Valentin Zusslin Chasselas Wolfhag

Organic & biodynamic field blend of chasselas rose and chasselas blanc. As far as chasselas goes (which is admittedly one of my least favorite grapes), this is pretty damn awesome. Although relatively mild (as expected given the varietal), it is not overly neutral or lacking any depth of flavor.
