Domaine Andrée (Stéphane Erissé) Anjou Blanc Les Faraunières

Mineral and lemon and acid structured. Took a while to open for me (as in better day 2). There is a purity here that's impressive, but also a touch simple right now. Will check back in 4-5years.

Did not take detailed note. Followed over an evening, not a ton of development. Brighter fruit, some candied lemon, wool. Honestly, not sure where this will go; will be fun to find out.

Delicious stuff with a natural touch. Mineral, great acidity, bright fruit with a little creaminess and waxy notes. Very good lenght and good complexity.

Delicious. Beautiful balance of fruit and acidity, with a mineral core of great persistence but not aggressively so. Rated +1, possibly +2 on a scale of -1 to +3.

Bordal au Bavard (Dagueneau, Guiberteau, Andrée) (Le Bavard, Carouge) : A l’ouverture, très réduit avec ses arômes de pierre à fusil, mais ils passent assez vite. Il faut lui donner de l’air car l’élevage est bien présent pendant la 1ère heure de dégustation. Ensuite, très beau chenin, doucement minéral et qui finit sur de beaux amers.
