Bought The Wine Soc UK, £13.50 June 2022 N....not much C....light straw, almost pale T....Light to medium body; lovely concentration of fresh white stone fruit, crisp but ripe apples, some quince, some ground almonds in there too; some saline impression as well as wet stone; near dry on the scale; the acid is fresh and almost swirls; this feels powerful enough to reward cellaring, say to 2025. The palest green colour, the lightest nose - some apple blossom but barely. It’s delicious though, interesting and easy drinking. Flavours of quince, mandarin, almond, all very soft but then spritzy finish, acidic tingling and minerality. One to get again.
