Superbe Saumur Champigny, bien représentatif du terroir. Belle énergie dans le fruit avec des notes vertes, un coté sanguin et une acidité superbement équilibrée qui vient couronner le tout. Difficile de croire qu’il s’agit d’un vin à 27.50€

Band aid and funky. Dark cherry and chocolate and smoke. End of part 1. Part 2- Liked it more after 3 months coravined. Perhaps it was paired better with food. So much bandaid it was almost like drinking crushed rose petals. That kind of astringency as well. Lori really like this time but perhaps because it was with a turkey bulgar bowl. Not a crowd pleaser but interesting under the right conditions.
